1. The Student Feedback Questionnaires System http://tfcfd.acad.ncku.edu.tw/ will be online from May 28, 2020 to June 17, 2020.

2. The link can be also found via Cheng Kung Portal (https://i.ncku.edu.tw/ )or the website of the Center for Teaching and Learning Development.

3. The feedback is anonymous and the summary of the feedback will be delivered only to the corresponding instructor and chairman of department/institute/program
